This page explains, in plain words, what Radius AI B.V. does with personal data on radiushire.com and in the Radius platform. It is written for visitors of this site, for candidates who talk to Radius, and for the companies and staffing agencies that use it.

The site itself collects very little. When you fill in a form, we keep what you typed:
We use this to answer you, to send what you asked for, and to follow up on a demo request. We do not sell it or add it to other lists.
Necessary cookies keep the site running and remember your cookie choice. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the banner. You can change that choice at any time on the cookie settings page.
When a company or staffing agency uses Radius to source, interview and verify candidates, that customer decides why and how candidate data is processed. Radius processes it on the customer's instructions, under a data processing agreement. In the words of the law, the customer is the controller and Radius is the processor.
For visitors of this website and for the forms above, Radius decides for itself what happens with the data. There, Radius is the controller.
Candidates are told they are talking to an AI interviewer before the interview starts. A person at the customer makes every hiring decision. Radius never rejects anyone on its own.
If you are a candidate and want to see, correct or delete the data a customer holds on you, contact that company or agency first. If you are not sure who that is, write to us and we will point you to them.
Candidate data, and the data from the forms on this website, is hosted in the European Union.
You can ask us what personal data we hold on you, have it corrected or deleted, ask us to limit how we use it, object to a use, or ask for a copy in a common format. Email team@radiushire.com and we answer within a month. If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Radius works with a small number of service providers for hosting, identity checks, e-signing and email. Each one is bound by a contract and processes data only for the work Radius asked for. The current list of sub-processors is available on request at team@radiushire.com.
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. For changes that matter to how your data is handled, we tell customers directly.
